1. Repairs In Store or Home Visit?

All repairs carried out in store are guaranteed and as we have premises you can visit, you know where we are, you know where your equipment is and you know that your equipment is properly Insured, can you say the same of “Home Visit” companies.

1. How much will it cost?

All our repairs are done on a No Fix NO Fee basis, what does this mean? It means that we do not charge you a single penny until we find out what your problem is or we give you a Fixed Price so you know your costs upfront, we repair over 3000 machines a year based on last year’s figures so we have the knowhow to sort your problem.

1. How Long Will It Take?

We were the 1^st Local Company to offer Same Day Servicing, others have followed but we were the 1^st ,75% of our repairs are carried out same day/next day with business customers given priority and some cases machines have been fixed within 15 minutes!

1. Something I’ve noticed locally is “don’t spend £800 on a new one get it fixed”, it doesn’t cost £800 for a new one, we have 2^nd user guaranteed systems from £150.00, brand new systems, Desktop or Laptop from £329.00, just to put the facts right.

1. Just a quick note, we have always offered our customers a FREE pick-up and delivery service.

If i had a penny for how many times a customer comes into the shop and asks “do you do Macs” and we say no, we can now say “yes” , Imacs,  MacBook Pro, Powermacs – we can fix em.
