Our Brand New State of the art Repair Facility has now opened and is managed by Lee Jones assisted by Jamie Earl and our resident component specialist Steve Gibbon who can repair just about anything down to component level. Steve is currently upgrading all X-Box RROD errors with is own fan modification which is really effective at keeping your XBox Cooler and error free.

We have now got 40 repair bays and can turn most software related repairs around SAMEDAY if booked before 1PM, most screen replacements are carried out sameday and DC socket repairs within 48 hours. We have a dedicated repair line, option 3 on our phone system and we now have a state of the art web based Booking in System where customers can actually log in with a user name and password to check the progress of their repair and we will be offering a SMS text service shortly to advise customers when their repair is ready.
