I took my water damaged Samsung book 3 360 laptop to them as it became badly water damaged. The laptop was completely fixed within one week and I was kept updated throughout the process. They were truly amazing throughout explaining things clearly and breaking the news that I needed a brand new motherboard which only took 2 days to replace!
